A página traz os campos:

  •  Nome (nome do assinante)

  •  Cidade (cidade do assinante)

  •  UF (sigla do estado do assinante)

  •  Verificação de Segurança

As combinações de preenchimento permitidas são:

  • Nome (busca todos os assinantes com este nome na área de serviço da BrasilTelecom)

  • Nome + UF (busca todos os assinantes com este nome no estado escolhido)

  • Nome + Cidade + UF (busca todos os assinantes com este nome na cidade escolhida)

          E  SEMPRE:

  • Verificação de Segurança (combinação aleatória de seis letras ou números que devem ser digitados no espaço em branco logo abaixo)

A seguir deve ser clicado o botão "Pesquisar"  (vide figura abaixo).

The page brings the fields:

  •  Nome (subscriber name)

  •  Cidade (subscriber city)

  •  UF (subscriber state acronym)

  •  Security Verification

The filling combinations allowed are:

  • Nome (searches for all subscribers with such name within the whole BrasilTelecom service area)

  • Nome + UF (searches for all subscribers with such name within the chosen state)

  • Nome + Cidade + UF (searches for all subscribers with such name within the chosen city)

          AND  ALWAYS:

  • Security Verification (randomic combination of six letters or numbers that must be typed into the blank space below).

Then, the button "Pesquisar" (Search) must be clicked (see figure below).

A seguir a página de resposta se abrirá. São mostrados até 100 nomes.
Assim, se com as informações digitadas existirem mais de 100 nomes,
o usuário terá como resposta os primeiros 100 nomes encontrados mas
não receberá mensagem de alerta sobre a limitação. A pesquisa poderá ser refinada adicionando-se nomes (no nome do assinante) ou utilizando o nome da cidade e a sigla do estado.
Veja o aspecto aproximado do resultado da pesquisa na figura abaixo.

Then, the result page will open. Up to 100 names will be shown. If for the information typed there are more than 100 names, then the user will see the first 100 names found but no alert will appear about the limit. The query can be refined by adding names (into subscriber name field) or using city name and state acronym.
